Evropska asocijacija: EABCT (European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies)
Šta je Racionalno-emotivna (REBT)?
Varijanta kognitivno-bihejvioralnog pristupa.
Evropska asocijacija: EABCT (European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies)
Evropska asocijacija: EMDR Europe Association

Does coming to see a psychologist mean that I'm crazy?
One of the most common questions I get asked — and one I absolutely love answering — is: “So, does coming to see a psychologist mean that I’m crazy?” 🤷♂️ For the hundredth time: No! It’s a sign that you care about your mental health and are taking responsibility for your well-being. ✅ Unfortunately, mental health stigma is still very much present in our society. But seeing a psychologist is actually a lot like going to the dentist. If you take care of your teeth, why wouldn’t you take care of your mental health, too? Do you only go to the dentist when you have a cavity, or do you sometimes go for a routine check-up or to have your teeth polished? It’s the same principle here. Take care of your mental health. 💚 Looking for psychological support? Book your appointment today!
